We’re looking for a motivated structural engineer ready to contribute to meaningful work across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. From new construction to renovations and interior fit-outs, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of building types and structural systems—all within a collaborative, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an entry-level structural engineer, you’ll support the design and delivery of structural systems while learning industry best practices and sharpening your technical skills. You’ll:
- Assist in structural analysis and design under the guidance of senior engineers
- Prepare drawings, reports, and construction documents using tools like Revit and AutoCAD
- Help with site visits and field investigations to support ongoing projects
- Learn to design with wood, steel, concrete, and light gauge materials
- Apply building codes and engineering principles to develop safe, effective designs
- Review and modify structural sketches, details, and markups
- Participate in coordination meetings and project team discussions
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors throughout the design process

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in structural engineering (internships/co-op experience a plus)
- Familiarity with structural analysis concepts and construction document preparation
- Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- EIT certification or on track to obtain it
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- Proficiency with design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Tedds, Tekla, and Mathcad
- Familiarity with ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, and National/Local Building Codes
