What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with leadership, project teams, and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and curating content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Assisting with the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations
  • Supporting proposal writing and coordinating submission packages for new business opportunities
  • Maintaining project and staff portfolios, bios, and image libraries
  • Helping organize events, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign metrics and marketing performance
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships and co-op experience count!)
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with proposal coordination (RFP/RFQ responses)
  • Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, or Google Ads
  • Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or construction industries
  • A good eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling
