We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our engineers and architects in delivering high-quality design documents. You’ll work on a wide range of projects—including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments—contributing to everything from new construction to renovations and interior fit-outs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a BIM Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our design and documentation process. You’ll use cutting-edge software to produce accurate and coordinated building models and drawings, helping turn concepts into constructible realities. In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage detailed Revit models for structural and architectural components
- Create construction documents, drawings, and schedules from BIM models
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and architects to ensure coordinated, clash-free designs
- Maintain BIM standards and assist in the development of templates and workflows
- Translate sketches, redlines, and markups into clean, professional drawings
- Assist with model setup, file organization, and version control
- Participate in project coordination meetings and help troubleshoot model-related issues
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology, Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (or strong academic portfolio for entry-level candidates)
- Proficiency with Revit (essential), and working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of construction methods, detailing, and drawing standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam, BIM 360, or other coordination tools
- Familiarity with structural components and basic engineering concepts
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
- Passion for digital design, automation, or visualization tools
